Cliff - Clown Super Powers - Video

This is an improvised piece at Deborah Kaufmann's Clown Through Mask workshop, using the techniques of Richard Pochinko to uncover one's clown roots, through sacred-feeling visual and performance art rituals. My character, Cliff, is full of hubris while being ineffectual, is innocent yet quite intense, a sweet-heart with a strong-arm. Cliff diminishes the audience while reveling and courting their love, all in celebration of the mix-up of opposites we all hold. I smile each time I see this video.
