The Universal Life Church interviewed me at Pop-Up Chapel, the celebration event in Central Park that gave free weddings to over 20 same-sex couples to celebrate the dawn of Marriage Equality in New York State. I officiated two of the weddings, for Deb and Jazell who had a tea ceremony wedding, and for Katrina and Tiffany, who had a circus wedding. It's been my honor over the years to officiate creative weddings for same-sex couples together anywhere from 1 to 40 years. I have gained some of my deepest theories about growing love from my long-time LGBTQ couples.
